Australia Day 8Ball Tournament

 

Date: Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th January 2020

Format:

Sat – 9am doors and practice 9:30am start single frame seeded round robin.

Sun – 9am doors and practice 9:30am start seeded 32-draw, Double Elimination, Best of 5 and 7.

At top 4 it will become a single seeded knockout with money for players who have lives left. Also longer Races.

(Format may vary depending on number of entrants.)

Rules: As sanctioned by the Australian Eight-ball Federation

All tables will be reclothed prior to the tournament

Entries close at 8pm Thursday 16th January 2020 or when sufficient entries received.

Dress Code: Casual – NO thongs, NO singlets

1st$1,400 2nd $700 Losing Semi Finalists $300 each, Losing Quarter Finalists $80 each Q-Masters Voucher,

Lives $150 each Best Non A grade Player $100 Q-Masters Voucher

Fine print:

Tournament Committee decisions are final. If more or less than 64 paid nominations are received the event may be extended. The prize money and knockout format will be adjusted accordingly and players will be informed as soon as possible. Depending on the willingness of the players. If time permits, the Semi Finals and Grand Final format may be extended to an agreed upon length.
