One good team building practice is to hold informal social meetings, parties or celebrations. The more people from your organisation you involve, the better. This helps build a feeling of solidarity and unity throughout the organization. Playing pool or snooker with your team could be a valuable part of your team building strategy.

QMasters has hosted many successful corporate team building activities. Our experienced functions staff can help customise the perfect outing for your company. Our most popular team building package includes finger food from our corporate menu and a friendly pool competition with trophies presented at the end. Teams of two are randomly assigned to promote staff getting to know each other. This can serve as a great icebreaker for team members that may not know each other well. Players who are eliminated from the tournament can continue playing socially, so nobody will get bored. Your party will be assigned plenty of room and tables (1 table per 4 people). Events usually last between 2-4 hours.
